Report a translation problem
1. Go into C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\
2. Find the folder of the mod you want to modify.
3. Making a backup copy of .modinfo file is recommended, although you can always re-download the original from this website.
4. Open the .modinfo file (personally, I use Notepad to view the file).
5. There will be several lines of code in the middle with <File md5= ....
6. Delete all the lines that contain Palais Garnier (there should be 9 rows).
7. Find the lines of code near the bottom with <UpdateDatabase>Palais Garnier and delete them all (there should be 3 rows).
8. Close and save.
The next time you start a new game the Palais Garnier should be gone.

2. Load Part 2 with 27 wonders.
3. Load Part 2, One Wonder Per Era Per City supplementary mod.
