This File is the Library for Ship Based Production Modules with out it the ship has no production facilities, this was done to improve ship performance in enviroments with multiple types of my refinery ships...we had a situation where files were continiously being rewriten and it causes performance issues over time. with this set up the problem is resolved.

Purpose of Mod
Adds a Canteran Tinkerer Ship. This ship is a step toward a future mod that Janda and I came up with when we were brainstorming. this ship can produce almost every form of component that a you will need to build a space station... i don't make guns with this ship, that will be left to the armory ship...

Mod Information
The Refinery Ship is Unique Canteran Ship Design just like the original Refinery Ship it is only buildable at the XL Ship Yard in Devries/Glaring Truth/Darned Hot Air. it also utalizes the exact same defense stratagy... heavy shield and lots of anti fighter defenses to keep the reiver forces off this ship... its able to take out light and heavy suls but anything bigger than a carrier will give it trouble... its shields will buy you time to come rescue it, but they will only buy it so much time, most plutach ships have more than 6 times the long range guns and when they get in range they can cut thorugh the shields pretty quick with the 2 lar cannons.

Crew Needed to Run this Ship Effectively
Manager, Captin, Defence Officer, Engineer

you can get away with just a captin but the ship will act like a station without a manager in terms of trade.. it will try to sell goods and no one will notify you when it does sell. the rest of the ship functions function like normal, manager function is currently limited as like an advisory role will be pushing that to more involved in the future.


Concerns/Bugs
Ship Managment- working on writing managment function to help manage mining to allow better managment of production.

Transfering Goods NPC controled ships trying to dock and not suceeding. (FIXED)

Production Being Effected at other Stations- (FIXED)

I would love any feedback you give, discussion makes things better in my opinion. also i need to know where things are broke...

Hallo, bei mir wird das Schiff nicht angezeigt in der Bauliste, das Ice Refinery Ship aber schon.

lol wish i did but my computer has a really bad habit of deleting log files and if it does not it stores them in a dam incripted part of my 3rd harddrive i dont remember the dam pasword to sorry mate i can tell you the problem stems from the place the ships are bought at if you could make them somehow spwan at the start of the game like the starting ship mods they would work the last patch somehow stuffed up the shipyards being able to have more than 10 ships in each group (fighters,capts,mining) i found this out when i build my own shipyards and they stopped worj=king after an update that added another ship now im missing one of my fav ships another way the mod could be fixed is seeing if the guys that created the shipyard mods would let you copy one of them and re do it a bit to just build your ships

tnks i loved the fact i could make about 500k plus in a day with all 3 of these ships working now the save is like nope im not loading or if i do you cant get to anyother system

last time i looked into the engine problem it was another mod that damaged the code and my code doesn't end up where it should so it causes that issue... if you run the logger on start up and then close the program and you can see where the problems started... its been over a year since cased that one down on a client machine and it came down to another mod broke the custom type files and my paste function lands in the wroung spot and obliterates part of the mechanic code.... sorry run the log it will give you the name of the file that had the error and you can solve from there or i can help maybe im really rusty

I cannot use this with the mods I have installed either... Once I install the Innes Scripts, I lose the ability to upgrade the engines of the skunk.. Removing those scripts and the problem goes away.

hey innesbrad any chance you could update these again for the last patch as i ran in to a little problem with them last time i loaded my game the whole system they were all in is gone as in i cant get there something about invalaid assessts in the system yet on my other save that i have not bought the ships on the system works fine and with out these mods i really hate playing this game as its like the whole galaxy is dead with these ships and the auto trader and mining mods it makes the economy almost work well way better than the stock game cheers in advnce if you can
