[CHEATED] Ideal Metropolis 350k peaked population, Complete traffic fix

Description
Hello,

Cheated: used demand adjuster to see would my city grow beyond 350k with my traffic fixes but I had catastrophic error with 8th and 9th district remodeling and lost 100k population. After fixes wasn't able to get demand anymore so that 350k is my final result. Can't get it growing anymore without mods.

Edit: Thanks to you, broadcast watchers, you have been great support when I was building this city even though I already had used most of the tricks you suggested :)

Pros:
- No traffic problems anywhere (cars, trains or ships)
- No public transport jams
- No commuter jams
- 350k population

Cons:
- Cheated
- Fire station amount wrong / trying to go wrong district (unaccessable) (fixable)
- Police amount wrong
- Health care wrong, death care wrong (same problem as with fire stations)
- No demand / No Growth

Gee thanks, perhaps I will start building more cities in future with all those new updates... Still haven't reached 1M without mods / cheating :ghsmile:

Demand tool probably broke this save game I see I should +300k population but traffic, cargo amount doesn't seem to agree. I am doing my 5th city currently with same mind set and lessons from past and when that is ready I will upload it.
