[Modless] Ideal Metropolis 350k population

Description
Hello,

Ideal Metropolis is my 4th city where I experimented heavily with trains and city layout. Sadly cannot get it grow any further because I thought my train cargo traffic was jamming too much. Doesn't matter if you fix it. You still have no growth.

This is my save before I did complete traffic overhaul and after that overhaul forgot to save before making further changes.

WARNING: USING THIS SAVE GAME MIGHT GIVE YOU ARCHIEVEMENTS THAT YOU HAVE NOT OPENED BY YOURSELF!!!

Edit: Thanks to you, broadcast watchers, you have been great support when I was building this city even though I already had used most of the tricks you suggested :)

Pros:
- 350k population
- Modless / Uncheated
- Minimal car traffic

Cons:
- Train system total whack (3rd system for this city) (fixed one: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=420701698 )
- Metro system: ♥♥♥♥
- Bus system: Bus depots need to be changed (trying handle wrong distict busses)
- Fire station amount wrong / trying to go wrong district (unaccessable) (fixable)
- Police amount wrong
- Health care wrong, death care wrong (same problem as fire stations)
- No demand / No Growth

@MeteredPotatoCorp, I am glad you liked it and learned something from it. I was just experimenting how to solve traffic problems and ended up with this kind method. :happy_creep:

I learned quite a bit from looking at this. My current city is 1/10 the size, but has a much, much larger percentage of people using mass transit. And I still have traffic problems. Obviously your people are walking to work. The biggest lesson I learned was to mix up zone types a little more and maybe to avoid having huge industrial areas. We have a much different playing style and I wouldn't ever want to build a city like this one, but I was still able to take something away from it. Thanks for sharing.
