Synergy 640x480 Fix

This will fix the panels that have way too big sizes for 640x480 and 800x600 resolutions.
I created this fix for low end pc users that have problems with the above resolutions.

WARNING
This fix it's editing the .res files and it won't work by just subscribing to it.
After you subscribed please copy the .vpk file of this addon which can be found at the following location:
/steamapps/workshop/content/17520/422572728/

Copy it and paste it into /steamapps/common/Synergy/synergy/custom/
If the custom folder it's missing then create it.
