@Virgin: I have owned a pc that lagged with half life 2 in certain areas. But after i found a handy app called hialgo boost , i increased my fps by a lot.

i've never owned a pc that can't play half-life 2 above god's chosen resolution. Still a cool fix though.

Thats why i created this. Its a fix that help alot and i will update it if i will find a way to change the rest windows.
