Resurrection Tuner

Description
Lets you tune resurrection penalties, as well as starting health, sanity and hunger.

Settings Information
- Maximum total max-health loss from resurrecting (% of max health)
- Maximum total max-health loss from crafting (% of max health)
- Jury-rigged Portal max-health penalty (% of max health)
- Tell-tale Heart max-health penalty (% of max health)
- Starting health, hunger and sanity (% of max stat) after resurrection, AND min/max values for each.
- Meat Effigy Crafting Health Cost (-300-300; negative values will make you gain health)
- Meat Effigy Attunement Health Cost (-300-300; negative values will make you gain health)
- Tell-tale Heart Crafting Health Cost (-300-300; negative values will make you gain health)
- Sanity bonus for using a Tell-tale Heart on a player (-300-300; negative values will make you lose sanity from reviving others)

BONUS: You can choose whether max-health penalty and max-sanity penalty are factored in, when calculating starting-health and -sanity after being resurrected. If you e.g. enable it for starting-health, then starting-health will be a percentage of (max-health minus current penalty) instead of a percentage of your full max-health. I.e. the more max-health penalty you have, the less starting-health you get.

HP and Max-HP regen:
If you want a customizable HP and max-HP regeneration system, it is available in my mod Health and Max-Health Regeneration.

Usage notes
a. Crafting something that costs max-health, can still get you down to 25% (game default).
b. This mod was made with compatibility in mind. This means, that if you leave a setting on the default value, then it won't apply any change. This means, that if you have another mod, like 'Resurrection Penalties Tweaker', in which you've set some options similar to the ones in this mod, then simply leave that option on default in 'Resurrection Tuner', so the other mod won't get overwritten. NOTE: This does NOT apply to the starting health/sanity/hunger settings!
c. Does NOT require you to make a new world before taking effect.
d. This mod only works if the host of the server has enabled it.
e. When using this mod as a host, this will apply to all the players on the server.

Auto Stack and Pick Up - Gives you MANY settings for automatically stacking or picking up newly spawned and manually dropped stackable items.
Blow Darts Any Feather - Allows you to add extra recipes for any blowdart, so you can use any feather to craft them.
Long-range Containers - Allows you to change the distance you can move away from containers before they automatically close.
Long-range Research - Lets you set the range from which you can use the research machines, and access recipes from more than one machine at a time!
Metabolizer - Allows you to set the base rate of hunger, from 400% of normal loss, and all the way to 200% gain.
Monster Ash Drop Tuner - Allows you to set a chance for monsters, prey, animals and characters (not players), to NOT replace their loot with ash when they die burning and screaming.
No Wet Items - Removes the possibility of inventory items being wet.
RPG Items (global edition) - Any weapon, armor and helmet has a chance to be imbued with special modifiers when they are generated by the game (by world generation, crafting, drops etc).
Sanity Tuner - Allows you to tune the sanity gain and loss players receive from many things, including moisture and auras!
Sleepy Time - Allows you to set the amount of gain/loss of each stat for each sleep-tick, AND how often sleep-ticks occur, as well as # of uses for tents and siesta huts.
Stat Regen And Degen - A customizable stat regen AND degen system for health, sanity and hunger.
Temperature Tuner - Allows you to tune the rate at which the temperatures of the players rise and fall (separately) using percentages, and change the minimum and maximum temperature caps for the players as well.
Time Your Own Boss - Allows you to set the number of day-cycles before bosses start to arrive.
What am I crafting (fixed) - Shrinks the lock icon that appears on crafting recipes which haven't been prototyped yet, so you can see the silhouette of what you are crafting.

@Alex: Doing customizable recipes for DST is very clunky, because you have to make a separate setting for each ingredient in each recipe. Also, the code becomes annoying when you have to support removing an ingredient entirely. Another downside is that it results in A LOT of settings per recipe for users to consider, especially if you want to allow people to include other ingredients than the original ones. To make this easier to control, I would rather someone made a separate mod(s) for it, with a priority setting lower than mine, so it overwrites my recipes.
Disabling the recipes entirely is interesting, but also something I would rather put in the separate mods I talked about before.

I'd like this mod to only touch resurrection stuff, and all the healing items are a separate issue. I encourage you to make this/these mods yourself (it's not THAT hard to do some recipes, if you define a manageable scope) or request it on the Klei modding forum.

Handful of stuff I'd like to request.
Configurable recipes for Telltale Heart, Booster Shot, Life Giving Amulet, and Meat Effigy. Being able to disable them be nice too.

In a sort of related note, configurable health restoration and recipe for Healing Salve, and Honey Poultice. There use to be another mod that did as such, but it got removed.

I looked into an (old) reported problem with "DST Storm Cellar" not being buildable with this mod enabled, and I could NOT find any problems. I can only assume that either me or the other modder changed something at some point, so the mods now work together.

Hello everyone.

UPDATE:
- Fixed to work with caves.

Thanks to xenocythe, I was made aware that the mod didn't work on servers with caves. It seems to work now. I am very sorry it has taken so long to catch this bug. Please let me know of any further problems!

@hurrycaner: This was what was causing your problems, when you wrote me back in January. You were playing on a server with caves, and I had no idea that servers with caves work completely different to normal servers.
