Artificial's Weapon Enhancements 2.0

Description
UPDATE: Messed up AGAIN. Forgot to include the Projectile config files for both AWE packs but should be fixed now. I'm really sorry about this, guys. Ugghhh...

So, I messed up some with my first weapon enhancement pack. When I was balancing it, I was balancing it on Easy mode because it was simply more convenient. Little did I realize that when you play on Easy mode, the enemy health is reduced to 75% of their original health. So, I had to go back and redo the numbers all over again for Normal mode. However, I did make some more additions to the weapons as well besides just upping the damages in direct proportion to how they should be on Normal as well.

TL;DR - The last weapon enhancement pack I put out was for Easy mode. This is for Normal mode. Also, some new changes to a couple of the weapons since the first pack, namely the Double Shotgun, Assault Rifle, and Minigun.

What you see here before you though, for those of you who are new to this pack, is the AWE 2.0 pack. No DLC or anything needed at all for this to work. Just a copy of SS3: BFE. Basically, one day, I thought the shotguns needed a buff so they would be more viable in the later game. And that actually turned out pretty awesome. So, emboldened by my last changes, I began to change more weapons. And more. Upping their damages mostly and sometimes changing magazine sizes...

In the end, all of the weapons were buffed and rebalanced. So, what is the overall goal of this weapon rebalancing you ask? It is simply to make each weapon more viable in more situations. Basically to make each of them satisfying and elegant tools of destruction. What they were meant to be.

Having said that, these weapons have not been given crazy huge buffs or anything silly like that. All the same, I really hope you enjoy these changes. I know I certainly am now.

For anyone curious, these are the exact changes from the default weapon settings in the game:

Mutilator - Ray damage per second changed from 100 to 220, max range from 30 to 300
Sledgehammers - Damage changed from 130 to 266, swing radius from 3 to 5
Pistol - Damage changed from 10 to 33, shoots to reload from 10 to 8
Single Shotgun - Bullet damage changed from 10 to 26
Double Shotgun - Bullet damage changed from 10 to 26, pattern stretch (spread) from 1 to .65 (pretty much the same spread as the single shotgun now)
Assault Rifle - Shoots to reload changed from 40 to 30, bullet damage from 10 to 26, duration of reload from 0 (default) to 1.7, minimum charge recoil duration from .1 to .12
Minigun - Bullet damage changed from 20 to 40, minimum charge recoil duration changed from .1 to .08
Rocket Launcher - Damage changed from 100 to 200, range damage from 50 to 133, damage hot spot from 4 to 7, damage fall off from 8 to 10, launch velocity from 30 to 48
Lasergun - Damage changed from 20 to 60
C4 Charge - Damage changed from 200 to 266, range damage from 300 to 400
Sniper Rifle - Damage changed from 300 to 400
Devastator - Damage changed from 146 to 240, range damage from 10 to 8

I don't really support vanilla BFE at the moment and am supporting Fusion. With that said, I know people like Shockwave have said that there are still many mods for vanilla BFE that are not in Fusion right now,

Regardless, for your mod, you can actually make it really easily by going into the editor and just opening up the .EP file for the Assault Rifle. There'll be a range of values you'll be able to change. Look at what values I've changed above and then change those values to your liking.

Hi Artificial i dont know if i should post a request here but, could you make a mod for the assault rifle to have 36 damage and 20 shots in the magazine with a reload time of 1.0 and a tad of recoil to mimick a FAL.

Well old BFE still has a lot of cool mods that were never ported to fusion

You're welcome! This mod is also available and updated in Fusion 2017. Not sure why so many people are still playing the old ass version of BFE.

Thank you! This is also available and updated in Fusion 2017 if you want to check that out.

This works really well the the multiplier mod on serious. Really balances it out.

Ok, it's been a while, but just looking at these changes here, the Devastator got nerfed the way it did because it was overriding the Rocket Launcher role and the Single Shotgun role AND some of the Sniper as well. In 3.0, it was rebalanced to have a role of its own. Basically a faster weaker Rocket Launcher, focusing on very quick hits and a constant stream of explosive damage, as opposed to the Rocket Launcher's much slower and much nastier burst damage it delivers with every single rocket.
