Description
This mod reduces the magical basic income every faction receives. (Listed in the finance tab as "other" income).

Major factions will only get 2500 instead of 3000 extra income and minor factions only 1500 instead of 4000.

This greatly helps the WRE and ERE when controlled by the AI, as the numerous little factions can't field as many armies (without actually building up their stuff).

It also makes for a much more enjoyable Eastern Roman Empire campaign, as you aren't flooded
by a zillion armies from the sassanid puppets.

However it will make playing as a horde faction a bit harder in the beginning (as it should be).

This mod is save game compatible.

the game starts to crash with it, does anyone have a same problem? not every minute, but about every 30-60

This should not even be possible because other nations should have more funds than just two hordes. No idea what went wrong. I made this mod with the survival of the Roman Empires in mind and I tested several different incomes. It is a very thin line to balance it really well. Sometimes the ERE still crumbles but at a lesser rate. I can change it to have a little more funds. 2500/1500 also had good results but of course the romans do not last aslong.
I as modder can only try to give the AI a push in the right direction, but it is still pretty brain-dead
