Description
This mod is similar to a few mods already on the Attila Steam Workshop, and was inspired by Paragon's Less Magic Money and CERBERUSCLH's Western Roman Empire -25 Public Order Trait which can be found below.

This mod aims to decrease the base income that all factions, major and minor, receive to 2000 instead of 3000. I believe this will make minor factions more likely to have reasonably sized armies, and still be able to take over some major factions settlements. This mod also gives the faction trait of -15 public order to the WRE and -10 public order to the ERE. The ERE will be able to handle this a lot better, and it probably wont cause it to fall. However, it should be easier to wage a war against the ERE. The WRE will now start to lose some of its settlements more, but because the public order penalty isn't ridiculously high not all of the WRE's settlements will be replaced by much stronger rebels.

This mod should be save game compatible.

This mod is best played with Urbes et Administratio, and doubled trade income.

This mod is best played with other mods which overhaul the game more. This is just a simple mod which is compatible with most mods which allows for the Western Roman empire to have a slightly more realistic decline. Anything more than this would require scripting, and I am not a modder. I used resources from a couple of other mod authors that I worked with to quickly put this together.

Feel free to take these files and make your own more indepth mod though. Just make sure to give me credit, as well as the mods I drew from.

I'm not sure but I think you should definitely rework this mod some more to make this extra realistic it's not that hard either

Does the mod need to be updated?

+Eresare I believe there might already be mods out there that decrease the public order for the ERE. But if there aren't, I can make sure to edit the files.

Can you make a mod which only decreases public order for ere?

I see that, and it's alright. But if you used someone's mod as template, you have option to add the creator as a contributor to the mod.
