Replace Emperors Eagle

Description
Patch 18 compatible

Replace Coin with Eagle for Emperor´s background theme. (You can still choose other campaings background for main menu)

(this problem is solved with patch 18 - Plus I had really strange white lines in clouds in main menu. Looks like my mod solved it too. :-) )
