Description
Adds a playable Sea Peoples civilization to the game under the legendary general, Sisera.

The Sea Peoples are mobile, militarily powerful and technologically advanced from turn 1, making them a terrifying foe in the ancient and classical eras. In later eras they can easily gain extra policies through warfare.

UA - Pirates of the Great Green:

Start with Sailing and +1 embarked movement. Pillaging cities and trade routes earns Culture, while being the first to pillage Capitals earns free policies.

UU - Sherden Warrior:

Sea People Warrior. Begins with the amphibious promotion and uses no movement points to pillage.

UU - Peleset Raider:

Sea People Spearman. Begins with the amphibious promotion and pillages twice as much Gold from cities.

UU - Penteconter:

Sea People replacement for the Trireme. Weaker, but costs less Production, and starts with Coastal Raider I.

Thanks to JFD for lua references, BrutalSamurai22 and Sukritact for modelling references, and Wikipedia for the fluffly stuff.

The Sea Peoples were conjectured groups of seafaring raiders, usually thought to originate from either western Anatolia or southern Europe, specifically a region of the Aegean Sea. They are conjectured to have sailed around the eastern Mediterranean and invaded Anatolia, Syria, Canaan, Cyprus, and Egypt toward the end of the Bronze Age.

French Egyptologist Emmanuel de Rougé first used the term "peuples de la mer" (literally "peoples of the sea") in 1855 in a translation of reliefs at Medinet Habu documenting year 8 of Ramesses III. The historical narrative is primarily drawn from seven Ancient Egyptian sources, and although in these inscriptions the designation "of the sea" appears in relation to three groups of people: the Sherden, Shekelesh, and Eqwesh.

I just wanted to mention that I think it's awsome that you even thought to make a Sea Peoples civ. Really nice out of the box thinking there. The mod itself is also very well done. Great job. Favoriting this.

@randelldean

There shouldn't be an xml folder... I lumped all of the data files into the data folder.

Do you own the Denmark DLC? I use some of the data from it.
