Generic All Mid Map (GAMM)

Description
NOTE: Unsupported. (This was a test for Workshop tools.)

This custom game is designed to be Dota-based with only one lane with a few changes, including passive gold and experience gain.

To do list:

* Normalize creep gold + xp bounty.
* Fix boundaries (some abilities do not fully respect hero clipping.
* Add the ability to force randoms by host at the loading screen.
