Coat of Arms - Extended Colour Settings

Description
This mod adds 407 new colours for both background and foreground colour options for Coats of Arms.

39 Hues, 3 Shades, 3 Tones, 3 Tints and 17 Greyscales
39 + (39*3) + (39*3) + (39*3) + 17 = 407

Love your mod! Quick question... do you remember which file you edited for this? Asking for compatability reasons. I'm not trying to steal the franchise as what you made is overall perfect for my needs.

I got it now. I forgot to check the User Content tab on the launch menu.

Okay, so. I'd like to try out this mod, it looks really neat. But I can't seem to download it. For some reason the Workshop content isn't loading into the game. Any suggestions?

I know, right? I worked my brains numb to get this out so I could enjoy a better and bigger selection of colours, and I must say, vermillion is a very fit colour for Draconian Phalanx~
