Would you be kind enough to explain me how did you do to add these colors?
Or at least to give me some indications to where to search exactly?
So I could create my own mod with less colors...
Because I have to admit that I'm a bit lost with these modding tools...
I'd say the chance is actually quite low, an acceptable trade-off, but that is coming from an art and colour fanatic~
It's a problem, yes, but not nearly as big of a problem as you make it out to be.
Of course, some of this depends on used monitor, colour settings and of course, player's eyes.
But... there is one big problem with it however: too much colors look the same, really too much colors look exactly the same, and so, when randomising games, there is too much risk that the coat of arms (and so units and armies) look exactly the same between two or more leaders which would make them difficult to distinguish.
I think that a dozen new really different colors in addition of the original game would really be good enough.
One of these days, I'll figure a way to apply this all to eye, hair and skin colour options.
