Silver Bird Cage

Description
A better Bird Cage !

When you'll give veggies to a bird, you'll obtain 1-3 of the veggie's seed, rather than 1-2 with the classic Bird Cage.

When you feed a bird, with veggie or meat, there is also a small chance to obtain a guano.

Version 0.2

Add normal and hard recipe.

Easy recipe is : 1 Steel Wool, 3 Papyrus, 2 Seeds.
Normal recipe is : 2 Steel Wool, 3 Papyrus, 2 Seeds.
Hard recipe is : 2 Steel Wool, 2 Marble, 3 Papyrus, 2 Seeds.

Also, should work fine in the cave.

Hi Shroom : this mod should work, be stable and compatible with the latest version of the game, as far as i can tell. Let me know if you encounter any problem with it, anyway, and i'll do my best to fix it quickly.

Can you make it like 2-3 seeds for veggie or 1-2 eggs for meat? I think it is pretty much useless thing, you should add more bonuses to this cage. Just my thoughts.

It certainly does. Although, I'll second a wish for occasional feather drops, since the only mod offering that has been abandoned and is unusable.

Ok, good to know. I'll probably try it myself :)
But if it's only with seed i guess that my bird cage still offers something since it's for veggies, fruits and meat.

I'm not on the beta branch, but birds do seem to have a % chance to drop a guano when fed seeds (unmodded.)

Bird don't already drop guano as far as i know, but of course, with the update on beta branch, it's possible that a change was done.
For the moment i don't plan any change but i keep your idea in mind :)

I would encourage the idea of this cage being a "luxury bird cage" which makes birds more happy. They could have a chance to give 1-2 eggs and maybe drop their feathers rarely? Just an idea.

Don't birds already drop guano? Is the only difference the chance for 1 more veggie seed?
