Hi everyone!
This is a side project I have been working on. I have managed to create an 2D effect in dev tools, and as a result I have made this small map to go along with it. The map contains 3 levels which increase in difficulty. There are:
>Working coin blocks
>Awesome moving obstacles
>Goombas
>Even some custom mario sounds and music!
>A boss battle with Bowsergoon!

I'm going to be fixing up a couple of things to make the map better but if theres anything you find, be sure to leave a comment and let me know :)

Navigating in 2D mode:
Navigating in 2D can be a little awkward so heres a couple of tips
>Moving left and right: You want to try and move in a straight line to avoid just hitting the barriers or not being able to grab blocks properly, to do this, try to line up the north arrow on the minimap either to the right or to the left, this will face you in the right direction.
>Centering: There are a couple of obstacles that require you to be fairly centered, like the spinning block in level 3, look at your character feet to see if they are centered or not, and move with A or D to adjust the postioning.

I am probably going to be doing a few more 2D maps in the future, I have a lot planned that I can do with this idea.
