Last Roman Expedition Units for Western Roman Empire - Part 2 - Masema

Description
I got the request by a subscriber, to make it possible to just give the Expedition units to one of the Roman Empires, so here I give you the first part of the divided version of my mod.

* compatible with Radius mod

* NOT compatible with the bundled version of this mod

* I have uploaded a more historical and more balanced version of these to that makes ERE and WRE more unique

Hi ! Would it be possible to make a version, with foederati horse archer, equites sagittarii recruitables by the Western Roman Empire ?

Looked at the files, and it seems that not only do the Eastern Empire get Last Roman units in this "for Western Roman Empire" half of the mod, they get more of them too. Only the Eastern Empire gets the Skutatoi units, as well as the Clibanarii and the Catafractarii. Can you fix this to make the Last Roman units West-exclusive?
