Hi ! Would it be possible to make a version, with foederati horse archer, equites sagittarii recruitables by the Western Roman Empire ?

Looked at the files, and it seems that not only do the Eastern Empire get Last Roman units in this "for Western Roman Empire" half of the mod, they get more of them too. Only the Eastern Empire gets the Skutatoi units, as well as the Clibanarii and the Catafractarii. Can you fix this to make the Last Roman units West-exclusive?
