Report a translation problem
This is very much not the case, which has made fighting against the Legion exceptionally difficult, since they keep claiming random tiles of territory that I then have to settle around.
While I think this Legionary culture bomb ability is super cool and fits very well with the lore of the Legion, it doesn't seem to be working as intended (i.e. the territory is lost if another civ's units, or a barbarian, pillage or enter the improvement)
Am I just misunderstanding how it's supposed to work or is this a bug?
