Report a translation problem
This is very much not the case, which has made fighting against the Legion exceptionally difficult, since they keep claiming random tiles of territory that I then have to settle around.
While I think this Legionary culture bomb ability is super cool and fits very well with the lore of the Legion, it doesn't seem to be working as intended (i.e. the territory is lost if another civ's units, or a barbarian, pillage or enter the improvement)
Am I just misunderstanding how it's supposed to work or is this a bug?
I've been waiting to play a Fallout-based game with your modded civilizations and religions for Fallout. It's my favorite RPG series, New Vegas being my personal favorite, and I'm glad you're still producing great mods.

So look forward to it in the near future, but don't be chomping at the bit expecting it to be out incredibly soon. Also, a White Legs civ is in the planning phase but that one's WAY in the future, if I ever finish it at all. Almost a dozen mods higher priority than White Legs, which is currently just a partial design and no substance.
