[3.0] Local Noble Recruitment v6

Description
Paradox and DDL Link: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/mod-local-noble-recruitment.895384/

A small mod made for Culture Diversity Lovers.

Similar to the Recruit Noble vanilla decision, it allows you to recruit stewards from provinces of different cultures that you directly own. Beware however, as these people will not only be of the culture, but also religion of said province!

If you have many diverse cultures and religions in your domain, you might want to use the title decisions by right-clicking on the province coat-of-arm from where you want to recruit your nobles. This also will give you a wider range of option about who you recruit.

V6 Changelog (25/11/2018):

- Resolved a bug where you could recruit a Foreign Priest in a province of your own culture.
- Priests of different religions can now be recruited if your character doesn't have the Zealous Trait for 5 times the cost of a Priest of your religion.
- Adapted the recruitment Potentials for Reformed Pagans
* Foreign Male Councillors can no longer be recruited if you have the Agnatic Doctrine.
* Foreign Female Councillors can now be recruited if you have either the Equal or Enatic Doctrines.

I think the mod aint working as it should be, lets say I have Status of Women set to full then i do not have the option for any women at all in no position at all, they all seem to be tied to just the 1 level they become available and not higher levels.

I just looked through the files but i gues there is no Noble Man in this mod, also what are the culture conversion events for if I may ask ??? Because they do not seem to be connected to the creation of the characters

Gues it does work with HIp just tried it, only problem i have is that in the Intrigue decisions tab i only have employ foreign stewart. And when i right click on the coat of arms of a province of mine I have them all available except for Noble Man, I have Noble Woman but not Man

@Barnus Mcflagen Could you tell me if you have any other mod installed and if not, the context of the recruitment (Who and where?)

Dont know where to report this but v4 makes so that when i recruit a steward/spies/priest:steamhappy: (whatever) the county change to my religion and culture, is it supposed to work like that now?

Also great mod btw really good ;)

do you know if this works with Elder Kings?

Great mod... thanks for your effort.

Would be great, if one could recruit locals without owning the specific region. Of one wants to re-culturize a specific area, you have to revoke the specific county to regain access to locals from that culture.
