Remove All Year Effects

Description
This mod removes the year effect from the following situations and simulations:

Average Temperature
CO2 Emissions
Industrial Automation
Internet Currency Adoption
Lifespan (hidden simulation)
Rare Earth Crisis
Real Estate Bubble
Water Shortage
Weather Prediction Technology

Ideally, this will make late-game more playable. Enjoy.

Inspired by Zander273s mods. I would not have made this without them.

Hey, I keep getting this error everytime I hit next turn:

Invalid neural Function:/Users/urkle/Projects/HIB/Positech/democracy3/code/game/src/SIM_NeuralEffect.cpp 128

Game still functions properly but it makes the mod slightly obtrusive. Thanks for the much needed mod though! Hope this tiny error can be fixed soon.
