as stated below this mod is now completly broken and crashes the game is there any chance on a fix?

Hey, I keep getting this error everytime I hit next turn:

Invalid neural Function:/Users/urkle/Projects/HIB/Positech/democracy3/code/game/src/SIM_NeuralEffect.cpp 128

Game still functions properly but it makes the mod slightly obtrusive. Thanks for the much needed mod though! Hope this tiny error can be fixed soon.
