Description
HIATUS WARNING
Because of Keen SWH's repeated pushing of broken updates which make it hard to impossible to maintain a running server, I am taking a long break from Space Engineers. This includes work on said server, mods, and support for these mods. Please keep in mind that we still would like you to message us if you intend to do work on our mods for other purposes. For the time being: Goodbye, Space Engineers. Maybe you become playable without me wanting to killmyself and/or the people responsible for pushing out QA-confirmed non-working updates actually changin their ways.

Warbros ModLabs brings you compound armor slabs, which is stellar if you like to build big things.

Content: 13 blocks, for various sizes, in small/large and light/heavy armor.
Status: All in all it's just another brick in the wall.
Useable: Fine since 1989.
Sources: Checkpoint Charlie.
Concepts: There is this neat world wonder in China.
Software Used: BridgeBuilder, MineCraft (just kidding, really)

Description:
It's compound blocks. Like, you know when you wanna build a medium sized ship out of small blocks for maximum comfy, but the block count just epxlodes? Or if you want to build the World Eater 5000, but the amount of blocks you need exceeds the limit and blocks despawn. Yeah. This little mod right here will address that.

Icons, construction models, and so on. It werks. They even deform from damage. And since the cost is multiplied by block count, they have the same amount of hitpoints as individual blocks.

UPDATE 1:
Construction model alignment is now fixed. Please excuse that some of your slabs may now be rotated weirdly, but since Keen does not allow me to rotate the models themselves, that's the fastest solution. Don't hate the player, hate the devs. ;)

UPDATE 2:
Some block costs and thusly, BPs and weights were mixed up. Fixed that now.

DX9/DX11 Status:
We are in the post-planets era. Any mod you see released by me is DX11 and usually still supports DX9, but if one of those is not working right, it is DX9. DX11 is what I focus on, as any modder worth his salt should. Please don't ask "Is this DX11 compatible?". Yes it is. I am not going to release a mod that I cannot use myself, and since I run a server with planets, that means DX11 is always gonna work. If anything DX9 users might sometimes not luck out. But DX11 will always work.

We're approaching nearly 7 years since the last update. I am this close from just deleting these mods.

Hi, regarding the airtightedness issue... It can be solved by adding this tag to each block definition, I place it above the </Definition> ending for each.

<IsAirTight>true</IsAirTight>

If the Author wishes to update his mod, that'll fix the longstanding airtightness issue. Otherwise I will make a fixed version myself.

I am sure there are still some active modders who made those. We, on the other hand, left Space Engineers modding in 2016.

Okay so other than some texture weirdness, seems to work fine and does hold air.

There is, however, a problem with grids in the game containing large amounts of individual blocks that can cause problems with not just airtightedness but also cause issues with refineries and assemblers not pulling in items. I expect that if someone is having issues with this mod with respect to either of those, it's because of it being a mega-build (which is why people come looking for this mod in the first place). I used this mod to successfully redo a base, restoring airtightedness and conveyor functionality to a large base.

Was building a thing. My refineries and assemblers just gave up pulling things. Now nothing will pressurize. Realized I was destroying the entire game trying to build a big thing. Came looking for exactly this mod. Seeing that it doesn't work. *Anakin/Vader Nooooooo noises*

Last I checked, these blocks could NOT hold air.
