Description
INTRODUCTION
Small Ship Heavy bomber, capable to operate at any altitude, athmosphere, gravity and in space.
Armed with 4 different kind of missiles can load 14 of them for every mission.
First release of the Hybrid Systems division, the HS "Shingen" class 3 heavy bomber, registration number 010 is the large ship corvette class nemesis.
Built to WORK on inventory x10 at any gravity, athmosphere & altitude






To manage the powermodule I suggest to use PS Lifter adding 4 large athmosperic reactors per side.

BACKGROUND

As the first corporation to exploit Europa, CDI had a considerable amount of infrastructure on world when the war broke out. Consequently, it found itself fighting a primarily defensive war. While the extensive mobility of the Alliance allowed it to dominate the open areas of the moon, CDI had mastered the use of terrain to help protect it's assets. Re-enforcements and supplies were buried deep inside mountains, virtually impervious to ground or air assault. Alliance ships often found themselves without viable targets and were frequently ambushed from hidden positions. Despite lacking the approval of the other Houses, this stalemate led House Tokugawa to recklessly unleash the Harbinger Orbital Siege Platform on the unsuspecting CDI defenders. While undoubtedly effective, the use of this weapon represented a dramatic escalation and the larger corporations of the Phoenix Republic, namely PFS, were quick to respond.

Built to kill the Harbinger and capable of operating in space as well as atmospheres, the Shrike III took full advantage of the gap in capability of the Alliance invasion force and enacted a heavy toll on the limited number of Harbingers. With virtually all Hyperion Systems engineers involved in other projects, the task of countering this threat fell to the Ceresian Alliance's newest member, Ad Astra Industries.

The Alliance wanted a craft capable of engaging the Shrike at any altitude. The Shrike could not be allowed to strike with impunity in the upper atmosphere and so AAI set to work on a high altitude craft. The result was above and beyond what was expected. Fully capable of flight in a gravity well from the ground to space, the Shingen 3010 Multi Environment Heavy Bomber is a extremely dangerous opponent. Sporting a wide array of missiles and ECM, squadrons of Shingen are more than capable of taking on not only the Shrike, but the majority of large atmospheric craft. They are now the primary escort of the remaining Harbingers and are often used as ambush craft.

As a Harbinger dives into the upper atmosphere to avoid space ships, the Shrike follows, but now, instead of an easy target, the Shrike finds itself facing down dozens of missiles. Now, only the most reckless of Republic pilots dare remain in atmosphere for long, and must quickly use their jump drives in space to escape the Shingen. The war for Europa continues, and both sides continue to struggle to find a decisive advantage.


HS SHINGEN - PULSING LIGHTS
The HS Shingen have a nice pulsing lights effect on it's top hull (check the video). It's OFF BY DEFAULT.
Why: It requires different scripts to work, that will conflict while in multiplayer. So don't use lights effect in MP: period. If you have problems with lights generally because your PC lag with too many lights, don't use them. Otherwise, press button 8 in tab 2, wait some seconds and the effect will start (off = press 9).


HS SHINGEN - IS NOT FOR SURVIVAL

Think bigger this time, big corporations with big manifacturing plants, a lot of specialized personnel and billions of bucks spent in R&D. The HS Shingen differently from the PS Flante was made with this in mind. It's functional, vanilla, does it's job pretty well but it is "F I C T I O N A L".
The ship is very complex (at least doing it working for me was the most complex project I ever did till now).
Think just that it loads 4 different blueprint's for the missiles that are not the full ship (since loading it will ask really a lot of resources to your system due to the dozens of timers and programmable's). The blueprint's loaded are just the powermodule, and 2 of those have singular naming to let missiles work.
No, you cannot print it or build it by yourself. Too expensive: material and time wise.
But if you need a ship that works on any gravity, any athmosphere and any altitude (even with it's manouverability limitations) that launch missiles of 4 types and can create troubles to large ship's: Now there is one ship on the Workshop that does it all.

I think that faking on weight (with empty containers) when releasing a ship on the workshop betray user expectations, because of that by now on, all my ships manouverability is balanced always with it's containers full or closer to (by ammo or things contextual to the product). So what you get is exactly what's you are going to use at it's maximum capabilities.

HS SHINGEN - KNOWN ISSUES AFTER PASTING THE BLUEPRINT
- The Text Screens have wrong colors: Press 7 tab 2, twice.
- Whip's weapon sequencer timer need to be manually started at the beginning.

@Tristavius thanks! I'm open at any collaboration in video's of SE: I like that part even if at the end it still as complex as developing a new ship from scratch :D

She's a beauty! Turns out I've been a fan for a while without realizing it! Seen several of your ships in isolation but never connected the dots till I looked through the workshop just now. Superbly presented as well; I really need to get my act together on the videos front!

I definitely crafted the missile (I'm not THAT dumb). And in-game scripts are definitely enabled in that world, the issue seems to be something else

BTW whats the song used in the video? I'm almost certain its Hans Zimmer but i cannot find it, it sound very similar to "Tennese" from the pearl harbor movie.

@Trozzo You can update to the latest. Not sure if you have customized the script names like the V_MID etc... so maybe just updating the line is less troublesome.
