Some users including I were having problems opening the original world due to some corruption error. One day I managed to make a blueprint of it so with the permission of Lord Commissar I am re-uploading his Phoenix Embassy.

This is all his work I only changed the hangar door because it seemed to kept destroying itself so if you like it please swing over to his page and give Lord a like.
