You only need to upload the WeaponData.ini, ModPreview & .XCOMMOD that's in same map.

@Dukhat: Didn't realize that the game src files were included (assuming that's what you mean). Reuploaded without them.

Have always feel hit rate is too low for sniper and sword. 5% boost is perfect. Makes the gun hit rate better and more logical but not overpowering.
