Otherwise some features might place items over the uniforms. (just reading comments gives this info)
Also, y'all need to stop trying to use last-updated-2016 mods in WOTC. 99% of vanilla mods are incompatible with WOTC. If a mod doesn't explicitly mention WOTC in the description save yourself the hassle and just assume it's not going to work and try to find an alternative.
You need AML. Alternative Mod Launcher. If you already had it, delete your jsonsetting in the AML folder. go to doc/mygames/xcom2/xcomgame/config and delete everything--the game will remake all the files automatically on restart. start the game with ONLY character pool uni activated, test if the mod is active by making a uniform that's easily identifiable like shorts/vest/sleeveless/hides hair and starting a new game.
It means that the mod is 30 gigabytes when it should only be a megabyte.
Anyone have it working on WOTC as of recently?
