i will try this. i think this should work with a small grid too.
You'll probably also need the parallel axis on top of the steering in order to stabilize the thing and make it move in only one axis. I used a beam with 2 rotors for that. I did that with merge blocks on theend of an arm for each rotor. I just rotated them into each other until the 2 arms merged into a single one. You'll have to set the rotor offset settings to the highest negative value in order to prevent them from breaking during the merging.
can u explain me how u connect the rotor part with the steering/damper?
