Description
The Baserunner in it's natural enviroment. Nothing special aside from that. For anyone that just wants to hop in and give it a ride in some rough terrain.

Have fun!

-updated the world to contain the new fixed version of the vehicle after Brickster22 gave me a notification about a pretty obvious error I made. After some first testing, it appears that the fixed version is slightly more capable of running at higher speeds.
-I upgrade it with the version 2.0 of the Baserunner (more info in the comments)

Fixed a critical issue when loading the world and updated the Baserunner to version 2.0. The new version features some overall improvements including two very compact lifts in the midle of the vehicle. I also added a minimalistic recon drone to the landing pad (it's somewhat orientated around the drone design from Homeworld, but smaller and more tweaked towards efficiency).

Have fun!

I'm tired of poking the devs about rebalancing the basic wheels. I rly tried, but I'm officially giving up. Oh, I also fixed it myself with this simple mod that triples the crash resistance of all non-suspended wheels ;)

If you want to get the full Baserunner experience from Deserts of Kharak, this is for you ;)

you place them in zero gravity (I recommend creative mode for that). And then you use a hand drill to destroy the rotor base (keep the rotor head) and the wheel (keep the steering piece). And then you let em float into each other, either by gentely pushing them with your charackter or by copy/paste while slowly floating towards the other part. The just automatically snap into each other once they get close to each other.

You'll probably also need the parallel axis on top of the steering in order to stabilize the thing and make it move in only one axis. I used a beam with 2 rotors for that. I did that with merge blocks on theend of an arm for each rotor. I just rotated them into each other until the 2 arms merged into a single one. You'll have to set the rotor offset settings to the highest negative value in order to prevent them from breaking during the merging.

I just updated it with the fixed version of the vehicle. It's now the same vehicle as the blueprint
