Better Rotors and Wheels! - Clang go poof edition

Steerable Suspension 5x5

Description
This mod improves rotors and wheels without adding new parts. It greately increases overall stability and the durability against impacts, but not against weapons. The mod also greately increases torque and speed for rotors. The main application for this are super-heavy vehicles.

The mod adds a few lines of code to the .sbc files of wheels and rotors and increase the maximum rotational speed that the game allows for (not the regular, linear speed limit). The changes affect all types and sizes of wheels and also advanced rotors, but not hinges. The mod makes these parts very tough, but intentionally not indesructible.

With very large vehicles, these kinds of suspensions outperform regular ones quite easily. The video above shows an example. The link below leads to a testbed world featuring the stupidly large Strider Chassis as well as the current version of the Baserunner.

Happy engineering!

Btw, I finally managed to disable the banging noise on regular wheels. Sanity restored! :D

This has helped in my battles vs clang, thank you!
Also, it is funny that one of your comments is pending approval since Jan 31st. RIP.

Seems to work with offroad wheels. At least I wasn't able to wreck them on my Baserunner.

There are some wasteland-specific .sbc files that I haven't edited at this point which is rather odd. Anyway, if something dosn't work, let me know and I'll look into it.
