No Crit Dodging

Description
Fixes crit so it prioritizes over dodges, meaning a 100% crit against a 100% dodge now results in a crit, instead of a dodge.

This just changes the priority of when crit resolves, so if your crit is not high enough to eclipsed the dodge chance so hard that there's no chance to do a normal hit(no crit, no dodge), aka hitchance - (hitchance * dodge chance) - critchance >= 0, this mod will have no effect, but at least it removes the weird thing where a 100% shot, 100% crit getting dodged.

Dodge is a frustrating mechanic for some, since you are not told of the chance it will happen and has no counter to it (short of abilities that actually has 100% to hit such as soulfire), this mod enables you to stack up crit chance in order to counter the dodging abilities of enemies.

NOTE: Hunker down in XCOM 2 no longer confers immunity to critical hits, and uses a 50% dodge instead, which can work a little to evade crits if the defense is high enough, this mod will remove that advantage and make hunker down quite useless.

WARNING: As any XCOM 2 mods do, saving a game with a mod enabled will cause the save game only work if and only if the mod is enabled, since this is a tweaking mod using existing templates there shouldn't be missing content after disabling the mod so for now you'll have to use this mod to fix it if you decide to disable the mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=619141883

Problems? Follow this guide first! it may solve your problems (applies to all mods) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=625230005

Compatibility Note:
This mod overwrites X2Ability_WeaponCommon, X2Ability_Gatekeeper, X2Ability_SharpshooterAbilitySet and may not be compatible with other mods that overwrites the same class. [Totally not compatible with Enemy Unknown Aim Rolls, choose only one]
Custom abilities that uses default.SimpleStandardAim will also not benefit from this change. (I can't override default.SimpleStandardAim)

High -bg-, thanks always for the great mod. One question: is it compatible with [WOTC] Original High Hit Dodge Behaviour?

nope, you will need to stay tuned for EU aim rolls for wotc instead.

Any plans to update this for WotC?

Dear -bg-,

Thanks for another great mod! I have a couple questions about this wonderful mod, if I may:

1. So the way I understand it is that instead of vanilla mechanic where crit bar eclipses the hit bar from the right FIRST, and THEN dodge eclipses BOTH the normal hit AND crit from the LEFT (much the same way: http://imgur.com/IH42IPs describes), this mod reverses the order in which the above process is performed, so that the dodge bar is eclipsed by the crit bar? (Hence the limitation that it is only effective for crit > hit-dodge.)

2. Does it work with the patch where 100% hit no longer triggers dodge? (By the way, how is that patch implemented in the game? Does it simply and abruptly "removes" any dodge possibility once 100% hit is reached?)

3. Does this mod work with other mods such as Perfect Information or Tactical HUD? (I am especially concerned about the latter.)

I appreciate you very much in advance!

ya you can switch between the 2 any time.

Is it OK to remove this mid-campaign? I just realized this and EU Aim Rolls didn't work with each other XD

Note: WIth the march 10 patch that fixes excess aim eating into crit, it also fixes the behaviour for this mod, so no updates required.

@Aimeryan probably not on this mod, just the EU aim rolls mod

Any way you could make it (either as a seperate mod or as an ini config) so that crit and dodge cancel out into a hit?
