Changes suppression so it behaves like Long War b15f, where suppression reaction fire does not suffer standard overwatch penalty.

This mainly makes suppression reaction fire ignores cover (which seems to be already the case for vanilla XCOM 2), and applies 100% of the aim (15% if the target dashes, determined by overwatch dash aim multiplier/standard overwatch aim multiplier) and have the ability to score a critical hit (flanking bonus does not apply here, with grenadier's base 0% crit, hope your rangers are now willing to share their talon rounds and laser sights), other changes that are brought are aliens are now significantly less likely to run an overwatch, with the low aim of grenadiers and the reaction fire penalty, it was very hard to hit someone running an overwatch previously, and aliens running them often greatly decreases the value of suppression (but we still take it over demolition, just almost never use them), with mission timers stalling on a combat is also not an optimal play now, so I am increasing the utility of suppression. With such improvements, I also increased alien's suppression aim penalty (configurable in ini) to match XCOM's suppression aim penalty so this ability is no longer useless for either side.

This mod also makes suppression no longer requires the tile the target is walking to be within LOS for reaction shot to happen (in vanilla, this causes the awkward thing where it just continues suppressing the target as they reposition without making the reaction shot, then the target will then take a suppressed shot from outside of LOS)

All of these properties can be individually toggled through ini editing.

The only thing I found through searching is OPPORTUNIST_EFFECTS=SuppressionOpportunist. I don't know what that does, is it a flat bonus? I'm looking to ignore the target's cover defense

Thought I'd give this a go in WotC as there are some mods that work even though they were written for X2 vanilla - Nope. Not compatible. Causes silent crash on load. Worth a try though.
