Headshot Classic

Description
Prepare to face classic zombies! This mutation is basicly the Headshot mutation with quite a few changes...

Firstly realism rules are now in effect, secondly no special infected will spawn, aside from those spawning via scripts, as I can't do anything about that, thirdly you are now completly alone, and finally infected are now slowed down and pack quite the punch. However while the infected are slowed, if you underestimate them, you'll quickly be over-run by thier vast numbers! And of course only a headshot or decapitation will kill a zombie.

it might be on my end but i beat a campaign and got 0 kills despite obviously getting a lot more than 0

Sorry for the late reply, but this was created for single-player, I can easily make a multiplayer one, but I think I'd have to rebalance it.

yep, when I saw ellis talking to himself I thought: "Well this is gonna be fun" also you are evil for taking them out haha, had to deal with very tight crowds! XD

I think that all one survivor mutations automatically remove the left 4 dead survivors in the passing

haha I like how you took away the left 4 dead survivors in the passing, I also tried expert on you're mutation, and omg do they do a lot of damage haha I so far completed Dead center and The Passing.

Yea grenades everywhere! Took me ten minutes to complete the finale, so you're fifteen minutes may not have been enough time.
