you're likely to se it change again as this one alters probability of provinces spawned. Almost impossible to get jungle and deserts with that one :D
There were a shitload of marsh provinces where my country was based, loaded up the save the next day and a lot of the marsh provinces disappeared
That's odd, there is absolutely no information about RNW tribes stored in the tiles. That is handled by a file called RNWscenarios.txt And is far as im aware as long as a save has been created the nations stay the same as they are stored in the save file and not loaded through RNWscenarios.txt every time you load.
What kind of terrain is presented can change even on discoved land. But only if you alter the tweaks.lua file or use a mod who alter that file. This is because this information is not stored in the save file and are loaded every time you start up your game.
