Description
Variant of Partial Mission Completion that doesn't override anything to ensure compatibility with mods like All Soldiers Gain XP. Will mean mission failure music and text will be played on partial completions.

So this mod functions identically to Partial Mission Completion but the end mission screen won't say Mission Partially Failed

@pintocat It counts as a mission abort (this mainly kicks in for missions you complete the strategic objective but not the kill all enemies objective due to evacing)
