Guards On-Call

Description
95% of this mod is made from Sambot's Workers On-Call.

I just change the workers into guards.

Allows hiring of part-time guards/armed guards. Guards/Armed guards can be summoned and dismissed at will.

To use:
- Place a "Guard Pager" for 10, 20, 50, or 100 guards, and a power switch
- Wire the power switch to the pager (click on the switch first)
- Turn on the switch to summon the guards/armed guards. A guard will make a phone call from the booth, after which the number of guards/armed guards will be spawned.
- Turn off the switch to immediately dismiss the guards/armed guards
- Can be toggled on and off at will with no additional charges (except wages when enabled)

@Jason, i fixed the incompatability of skin mods. Mine works now i had to go into the file there a error being generated. I cant get the SW mod to work but i did get a total conversion to work its not the SW mod. As the SW mod used diffrent config files that causes errors & loops to happen in the script.
