Setup number of hits needed with ice staff from mod settings.

oh dude, i just modified the original game code before knowing yours, for me it's really a hard try, having no idea with all those tags and lua tricks. And it's been already 8 years lol.

Maybe it got changed? Ice staff never worked on lava pools, only ice

I like this idea! Assuming you can already freeze them with ice then yes, this should have been added by default.
