No Error Model [Reskin] - Citizen

Description
This replace the Error model by a Citizen model (Male_01) with arms buggy which is way better for aiming and for the eyes. It works for Garry's Mod only.
This is for server owners and for players and it'll work on any server !
I do not provide the guarantee that it'll work. I've tested it and it works fine for me.

The basic addon has not been made by me but from www.garrysmod.org
