Description
You buy a franchise, we privatize your dreams.
This colonial shielded residence for workers on non-breathable planet consists of three furnished apartments and three empty (so you can decorate yourself). Each apartment comes with large windows, mezzanine and private cellars (eg: for additionals CargoBoxes or Fridges, etc..).
AWE has always taken care of the colonists posted away from their families and that is exactly what allows these individual studios with minimal comfort.
This residence also has sas, turrets, different equipments and two covered parking for small vehicles and each apartment numbered from 1 to 6 can be individually activated (with their own group).

  • The studios are small (but clean and light) because they are not intended for long stays, these are homes for temporary workers, for example to go to the nearby Mini factory C-L05.
  • If you need a cheaper version choose the WorkeResidence Level 3 instead.
  • If you like this design but you want a biggest base, you can also see the Regulators' Casern Level 10

1. Summary
  • Structural stability level : Green
  • Planetary Residence intended to be installed on ground in a non-breathable environment
  • over-detailed and shielded
  • ideal for a multiplayer game (faction structure) with RP or not, not intended for a solo game
  • No suprise! When you spawn it, main entrance will be in front of you, and parking at the opposite
  • useful groups are preprogrammed (for each appartment and cellar, from 1 to 6, and for common area)
  • Ready to use and Fully equipped (see screeshots)
  • individual and additional free spaces (on cellar only) to add more cargoboxes or ther equipments..
  • maintenance of premises and common area is the responsibility of tenants..

3. Manual
  1. Do not use the auto-group feature! This will destroy pre-programmed groups of each apartment
  2. If you do not understand how consist groups or what they do ask us please
  3. Groups are useful for saving energy and to dedicate equipment to the various occupants
  4. We will not refund you if the occupants deprogrammed the Residence's preprogrammed groups!

    Installation

    Use your personnal drone to deploy this long structure !
    The residence must be partially buried (depth: almost 2m, a little bit less) for a better look.This is not an obligation, but you can use this little Measuring Tool x2m to make a hole near 1,90 cm depth.

    If you prefer partially buried :

    1. Make a small hole in the ground (max depth 1,90 to 2m near x1 BA block), it's easy with the Measuring Tool x2m
    2. point the hole (bottom of the hole) with your drone
    3. deploy the residence on a flat ground

    If you do not want to bury, make sure the land is flat : the building must not exceed in a vacuum!

    Warning : when you place the structure you will be facing the main entrance (parking will be behind int he opposite side). Keep in mind this for a better integration.

    Lights and Studios

    Do not use necessarily all the groups : unoccupied apartments must be extinguished.
    There are different groups (for common area and each studios), use it with caution. Optimize and turn off if necessary.
    Saving energy means save bears!

    The appartments are numbered (1 to 6), one or two membres can live, make and eat food, store food and stuff in each studios separatly. The cellar can accommodate storage, for larger facilities (Constructor, Stations, etc..) it will break the cellar floor.

    Markings and adress
    Markings are provided to identify the building, the apartments and tha faction.
    By default this property is identified as Building A of faction AWE, change it or delete it with the right tools.

    It's is very useful ^^ in a near future with a big galaxy :

Hey Alchimeriste , I don't know if you are aware of the civilian structure thread Hummel posted on Emperion website. I just wanted to see if you wanted to share your creations with the dev team to add to the game. They would look really cool in modular cities. Anyways here is the link:

about lights, it's a idea made in survival but it's hard (because Structure Integrity can destroy all) so to build this in survival mode you have to use additionnal blocks around (like a formwork), during construction, and then, when the lamp is finish you can remove additionals blocks.
But After, it's impossible to modify this lamp (because SI).
