Description
Removes Maintenance for all Military Stations for the Player. It will still say there is maintenance when trying to build one however it will not affect your monthly amount.

Not old save game compatible.

1.8.* Compatible. WILL NOT affect the AI.

is there a hardcoded cap on how many you can build?

I decided to put like one by every hyperlane entrance and in the end i couldn't build anymore of them.
