Hmm, i wouldn't know where to start. There a bunch of arrays in the particle system which you need to edit to fit your needs, there is no straight forward solution you have to test-tweak-test-tweak-etc and you need to know what those array contain.

Yeah, could be made a mod out of it, tho i don't have time to do it.
