Description
Edits the Empire Customization Traits to 6 trait picks and 3 trait points for species.

With 1.8, machines and robots are separate species. Now all 3 (robots, machines, biological) get +1 trait point and +1 max trait.
Machines - 2 trait points, 6 traits max
Robot - 1 trait point, 5 traits max

Open up more customization with traits.

The AI empires are also able to benefit from this, so it is not a straight up buff to the player.

Works very well with all the additional trait mods that are out there.

Thanks for that, didn't realize they added that text at some point. Should be updated and good now for robots hopefully.

You have to add the line "robotic = yes" into the machine and robot sections. that fixed it for me.

After using a playset just with this mod, the problem is still there. I am not sure how I broke my game this hard. :D
And just to clarify, on species creation it always worked, just in game there is no pop assembly. There is Pop Assembling Capacity. But the message says “There are no species that can be assembled on this planet.”

Just unsubscribed, resubscribed and reactivated the mod. Unfortunately still the same issue in my savegame. On the start of the next month my pops are not being assembled anymore. I can just guess there is a weird incompatibility with one of my other running mods. I will try to find the one causing the issue

Updated again, see if that fixes it. I added back the part I removed. The only thing I have now changed is just what game version it says its compatible with... Seemed to work still on species creation.

Hmm, not sure about that problem, and not sure why the change would break it.

I did remove a define that looked to be incompatible/irrelevant now. But it was only relating to max traits in the define where it no longer exists...

I am very sorry to say this, but before your most resent update it was working for me, but now there is no pop assembly for my robots anymore. Being individualist machines this is kind of a big problem. Deactivating the mod solved the pop assembly problem. Hope this is just my isolated issue (using 30ish Mods).

Seems to work now with a slight update. Thanks for letting me know that it was not working.
