The NCI's Pulsar Project was a project with an emphasis on exploration and resource gathering. The project's goal was ultimately unfulfilled as many of the Pulsar Fleet disappeared into the great unkown. These blueprints are all that remains of the Pulsar Fleet and its mysterious legacy...

This is the Pulsar Fleet's main exploration frigate. It can comfortably house a crew of 4 men: a captain, a pilot/engineer, and two civilians, workers, or soldiers. The ship contains 6 large reactors, 3 jump drives, 2 refineries (w/ assemblers and arc furnaces), a medical station, and 4 cryopods. The ship was limited to ion thrusters to keep the power and resource construction to a minimum to extend the longevity of each expedition. The ship's hangars can hold up to 4 Pulsar Fighters (upper hangar) and 1 Pulsar Lander (lower hangar).
