Description

I hate that you can only have 2 good armies max. So I increased all taxes to 140% from 100%. This also affects the AI.

It is nice not being starved for a change however it seems to make the AI bring on powerful units earlier. Also it causes some strange behavior, a lot of factions being wiped out early, some factions steamrolling. I don't know if in the end it is a double-edged sword.
