This mod has following changes.

More Production: Doubled output for Blueberry, Wood, Firewood, Wool, Leather, Stone, Iron and Coal.
More Range: Increased ranges for Forester, Herbalist, Hunter, Gatherer.
More Capacity to carry: Citizens inventory is 3x. Though this doesnt seem to have much effect.
Chapel capacity increased by 50%. .
More deer population: Herd size Incresed and 33% faster reproduction.
Other: Blueberry is available more and Pine, Oak and normal trees live longer and grow differently.

My Main motive has been to include Changes for which I had to have several mods. So please feel free to suggest other enhancements :)

Though I haven't tested it, its been reported by @Skull Network to be incompatible with the choo choo train mod.
