Vampire Counts UI purple recolour

Description
This is a simple mod that recolours the VC UI to a deep purple.

Updated: works with new update & dlc.

Thanks to WHIT3 BROTH3R for his help & nice UI mods.

Hey, did you do anything special with the skull background tile file (panel_back_tile.png), as I can't seem to recolor that and still have it tile correctly in my UI mod?

I do like how this vesion is actually purple not pinkish purle like the other version. So it look less like the vampires are venerating Slaanesh.
