Buildable Items INI Replacement

Description
-= FOR MODDERS =-

Much of the Engineering buildable accessories cannot be customized. Costs are not read correctly from the INI files in game even when using correct syntax.

This mod fixes that and allows you to customize the item costs and item requirements. Unfortunately, these values are for all difficulties as the game is not capable of discriminating properly in this section.

List of affected items:

Bluescreen Rounds
Mimic Beacon
Battlescanner
Combat Stims
Medikit
Nanomedikit
Flashbang Grenade
Proximity Mine
Smoke Grenade
Smoke Bomb
EMP Grenade
EMP Bomb
Mindshield
Hellweave Vest
Nanofiber Vest

-= DEFAULTS =-

This mod is loaded with my personal settings. The costs are balanced halfway between Veteran and Commander difficulty in my opinion.

The README.TXT file has all the basic game defaults which you can use to create your own personalized mod.

-= FILE LOCATION =-

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\699538068\Config\XComNewINIConfig.ini

-= WHY USE THIS? =-

Overall this mod uses more Alloys, Elerium and Corpses. If you feel they don't see enough use as I do, you will probably enjoy my settings as-is.

You can also just use this to make your own costs.

-= COMPATIBILITY =-

No overrides. Works for existing campaigns.

This mod ignores all settings in DefaultStrategyTuning.ini for the items mentioned above.

-= LW2 COMPATIBILITY =-

So deprecated it hurts. Unsub.

@Advent Avenger,
Ok. If I go that further on with the experience I'll let you know!

The WOTC one would work but it would cause a lot of log errors! Try it if you want

@ADVENT Avenger,
I bet it does but i'm playing without WOTC. :(
Any help in this case?

Use this mod instead first of all for WOTC:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1177150989

It includes ALL buildables.

Great @ADVENT Avenger,
If i wanted to edit weapons and armor costs, how would that be done and do you happen to know any mod for vanilla that does it?
Thanks, man.

I did that, he has not responded because like I said, he's missing. -.-

Ask the mod's creator to support costs

Hey, so this is only for these items? I've noticed that ini changes for armor cost doesn't work either, and I downloaded a mod where you need to buy each armor instead of just getting infinite, but the guy who made it didn't account for the ridiculous amount of corpses needed and now he's been seemingly missing for months. I'm desperate to find some way to edit the armor costs so I won't have to start a whole new campaign, anything you could help me with there?
