Updated to V1.5 Cornflakes

Well, it seems that with the latest patch scores are out of control again.
Thus i decide to update this once more, despite me earlier stating that it would no longer recieve support.

The game now includes the amount of planes build, not fielded, Navies are still based on number of fleets, not ships in them, Land mass is still worthless compared to everything else....so lets try to rectify things a little:
This mod does the following to the end score:
  • Slices Warplanes build score by 10 (from 0.1 to 0.01).
  • Increases Landmass score. (from 0.1 to 0.5).
  • Fleet score has decreased by 0.25 (from 1.0 to 0.75).

During a conflict the scores are changes as followed:
  • Decreases the causualties score by 50% (from 0.2 to 0.1)
  • Capitulation score penalty is increased (from 0.2 to 0.5)*
    • This means that your total warscore will be reduced by 50% if you capitulate, this ofc. also implies to the AI
  • Bombing score remains the same (0.1)
  • Maximum bombing score is reduced by 25% (from 1000 to 750).
  • Falloff score from bombing is increased to 15*
    • How quickly the bombing scores decreases per month of not dropping strategic bombs

Reaoning behind these changes and why they are a little bigger then the "older" version of this mod is as followed:
Players tent to build fever planes then the AI, or they will lose more during pro-longed conflicts. for this reason the value of the amount of planes build is decreased by a factor of 10. where normally 10 planes provide 1 point, you now need 100(yes this also means your score is lower at the end).
But, seeing how players tent to value land mass more then just stockpilled items. the increase of the landmass owned(or just held) should off-set the AI score for planes. where annaxing or holding 2 states now equals 1 point. where before you would need to have 10 states to get 1 point.
With the fleets we can see the same as with the planes, players are more likely to build enough ships for their needs, rather then to over build their fleet and turn them in to 200 small fleets. which is something the AI loves to do. by lowering this score, your score is also lower. but again with the province increase it hopefully ballances out.

During the conflict the reasoning is as followed:
- Nobody wins a war by just chucking a lot of corpses at the enemy. thus the amount of dead should(imo) way less. especially when seeing major nations just chuck entire divisions away on a failed invasion, or because they got pinched.
- The capitulation score pentaly increase should make it easier for you, providing you are not the one having to capitulate, when you are in a alliance, and you have no other choice but to advance to allied lands despite them already having capitulated. their score is then reduced by 50%. which should make it posible for you to keep up. and actually get a reward at the end of your hard work.
-The bombing value itself seems to be in a good spot. more so since this only applies to strategic bombing. where as in the previous version all types of bombing where accepted for the war scrore.
- Still i did lower the Maximum amount of warscore one can get by 25% to prevent major powers with a lot of strategic bombers to just sit back (cause there are neutral countries in the way). and let their allies(or enemies) do all the work for them, while they just do bombing runs.
- For the formentioned reasoning. the score gained by bombing now also drops faster, and unless you are truelly commited to bomb your enemy of the map, your scores for bombing will decrease 50% faster then in the base game.
This is (imo) needed to prevent countries like the UK, USSR, USA to boast of their earlier bombing campaigns, despite them being next to worthless on the ground or sea conflict.

Have a better idea on how to tweak these scores/make them more balanced?

@people still using this mod.
After checking the files to see what needed to be updated for 1.4.2 Oak. i found that Paradox has included a solution like i used to stop the mad warscores of strategic bombing.

Their solution does lead to a theoretical higher posible warscore then mine.(roughly 30% more then mine).
How-ever seeing the other changes they made to the way how air combat works and so forth.

this mod seems redunded at this stage.
Will therefor no longer update it AFTER 1.4.2 Oak

@abandon13, nope, never noticed it. Then again this mod was released for 1.0, updated to 1.1, Then paradox introduced a 1000 limit score on warplanes(for bombing). i shall have a look and see what is causing it, thanks for letting me know.
