XC - Food "Source"

Description
Adds a new building used to create food for your people that produces 2x the food of a fully upgraded Hydroponics farm and a little over 2x the cost. Nothing fancy.

Reasoning behind this mod: Lots of people (mod authors) have been trying to tackle the inability to trade food between planets, often making you need multiple buildings and/or station modules to pull it off. I too have decided to tackle this problem; however I do it with a single food producing building.

Compatability: Should be compatable with everything.

Thoughts: My original plan was to make an entire event around unlocking this building, with multiple outcomes. However, after playing a few games, and one game that lasted over 15 hours with the building in its orignal form, I discovered that it was in fact.. too expensive, and not that powerful. By the time you are at a point where you could build it, you no longer needed it. So, I have decided to rebalance it and change the entire direction I was going with it.

Changes I made and why:

UPDATE! Additional Change made - Again, to balance this out more I have once again reduced its cost and adjusted its output. It now gives 2/3 the food it orignally did at 2/3 the energy cost and half the build time and resources.

1. I have removed the happiness penalty for using it. This will allow for sector AI's to build it, as I discovered that the sector AI seems to refuse to build anything that changes happiness.

2. Removed the influence cost. Again, this was done to allow for sector AI's to build it, as well as to allow other empires a chance to build it more often.

3. Significantly lowered the mineral, energy, and time cost to build it. This was done purely for balance reasons. In that incredibly long 15 hour game.. i had a grand total of TWO of those building on 56+ planets. Mostly due to influence costs, but also due to the sector AI's refusing to spend the amount of material needed to build it.

4. Removed the "Lore"... yeah, its not as funny anymore.. now its just another ho'hum building.. for those who missied it, the original description:

"By combining the secrets of life, space-time theory, and your most advanced building techniques you have produced a nearly limitless food source. This goes beyond mere hydroponics! You have encapsulated the raw building blocks of life in a micro universe with time accelerated relative to your own; allowing you to grow "food" at an incredible rate. However due to superstition, fear, poor taste, questionable ethics, or one of many other reasons people feel something is "wrong" about the food. Your scientists assure you that the rumors of tiny buildings appearing in food are nothing more then a hoax."

But like I said... my plans changed and I no longer feel this building warrants it own event chain. Still, if you are looking to considate your farms, its still a good choice.

Yep. If you want to see the code, you can subscribe, launch the game, it will download the ZIP file.. then you just check your "documents/paradox interactive/stellaris/workshop/contect/281990/" folder. The zip should be in one of those sub folders.. just unzip and then look at the changes.

Its a good way to get examples of code if you are looking to make your own mod.

how can you make it require more than 1 tech? do you just write more lines in prequisites?

I think I need to adjust the build cost on this down a good deal. I'm in year 200+ of a game using this and its still a pain to build them.

Think I am going to drop the influence cost.
